Returns & Warranty
The Customer shall have a period of seven working days from the receipt of your order to return the goods purchased. The customer shall contact armasdecoleccion.com within the stipulated time and by any lawful means, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. In these cases, armasdecoleccion.com will refund the purchase by the same method of payment originally used.
According to our current return policy, products must be returned in their original packaging (including accessories, manuals, cables, etc ...). Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
–Bank transfer payments will be refunded by bank transfer to the customer's account, once we have received and inspected the returned item.
–Credit card payments will be refunded automatically from the bank associated with the card with which the purchase was made.
–Payments via PayPal will be refunded through Paypal. To return any items, you will have to contact our customer service armsoftheworld.com
Returned products must be in mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging and accessories.
We advice you to protect you items, since you will be responsible for any damages suffered during transport.

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. However, if the item(s) returned conform(s) to any applicable warranty, any return costs will be refunded to the customer.

In the hypothetical case in which the manufacturer does not take into account the repairs, it will set a budget.
Manufacturer's warranties for armsoftheworld.com products do not cover:
- Replacement of consumables
- Abnormal non-conforming use of the products.
- Damaged accessories (power cables ...).
- Repairs by technical services unrecognised by armsoftheworld.com
- Damage from any cause external to the equipment (eg, accident, crash, thunderstorms, power problems).

armsoftheworld.com is not responsible for any consequences or damages arising from the buyer's use of the item as part of commercial or professional activities.
